Nueva York

(3.1 Phillip Lim tee – similar, Helmut Lang leather leggings – also here, Thakoon boots)
If you take the well-known “I Heart New York” classic and turn up the volume, you get this top. An amplified embellished tee that still has that comfort factor but in a more dressier variety. A cool remix of the original which basically made it a little too good to pass up during the 3.1 Phillip Lim trunk show on Moda Operandi way back when. Seamlessly meshes with a range of stuff already chilling in my closet and paired it with some leather leggings and boots this time around, and next up, maybe with some shorts at Coachella. Yeah, it’s time to pack and get ready for my little romp in the desert. My excitement level is off the charts right now.

Saint Laurent boots

(Isabel Marant dress, Saint Laurent boots – also here)
It’s pretty impossible for me to go to NYC and not shop, and so of course I brought back some souvenirs from my recent trip about a week ago. These Saint Laurent boots were one of the goodies I picked up, and I can honestly say they haven’t seen much time off of my feet since I got them. They’re one of those styles that seriously works with everything from jeans to this little dress, and I definitely know they’re going to continue to get tons of play. And although I had an absolute blast in New York with the hubby, it was kinda colder than I expected, so it felt good to strip off all those layers and slip back into southern Cali spring.

Spring inspo

AllSaints is doing a mighty fine job at inspiring me right now with all of these looks from their latest spring collection. So into the styling and how everything is basically built upon pieces that could easily be mixed and matched. It all just really works, and if you like my Veda jacket, that last one is a cool alternative. Happy Friday!

(Dries Van Noten shirt, LA Made tee, Current Elliott jeans, AllSaints boots)
Completely welcoming spring with open arms and without a doubt looking forward to warmer temps perfect for light layers which means I’m bound to break out this Dries piece a lot. Really into the peachy hue which is a nice change up for me colorwise, and of course it’s just one of those things that’s totally versatile in a way that makes it a stellar staple. It’s definitely coming with me to Coachella, less than three weeks away. Can’t wait!

Spotted

(Céline sweater, Current Elliott jeans - also here, Zara pumps)
I like a nice dose of leopard and of course even more so when it comes in the form of this sweater. A definite favorite that’s always in heavy rotation, and this time mixed with my new blue skinnies and go-to black heels.

The hubby and I recently checked out this cool spot Little Bear in downtown L.A. which makes this killer grilled cheese short rib sandwich that I’m now pretty obsessed with. It is so freaking good, I could eat one every day. On the fashion front, I can’t get enough of that Phillip Lim sequins maze tee, and I’m thinking I’ve pretty much memorized that entire Dries Van Noten look book. And as spring is just around the corner, I’m excited for more time at Venice Beach and more opportunities to wear one of my all-time faves, the Isabel Marant Ulyse jacket. Happy Thursday!
